The Hotel is very beautiful; no question about that.. However, the customer service was horrible. Not one smile! There's an extra fee of $29.00 to use the hotel's parking lot and $40.00 for the valet parking. The price was over $200 the night and NOT EVEN CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST.
