Recently bought a used car previously owned by a smoker. I tried everything from air fresheners to chlorine bombing the car to changing the cabin filter, but nothing could get the smoke smell out completely. Mr. Ed's process worked like a charm and now the smell is completely gone. In addition, they gave me a very fair price and gave me a ride to and from work. Customer service is top notch and they stand behind their work, highly recommend.
