Avoid using Hoppa at all costs. In spite of their booking system requesting flight details they do not use this to work out when you will actually arrive. We were late and were told they had no drivers available at Faro airport. In the end we took a taxi (there are always loads at the airport) and it was exactly the same cost! Why would you run the risk of losing your money when there is absolutely no benefit in pre booking with Hoppa.I am now being refused a refund as in their words they "provided the service i paid for" when i never actually got my transfer. I cannot recommend enough to AVOID this company!!
