I am extremely disappointed after being a patient ...

I am extremely disappointed after being a patient here for 3 years I am being told I cannot have a general maintenance medication refilled due to an office policy. I have a pre-scheduled appointment for my last visit coming up in less than a month and just asked for a refill to get me through until the appointment. Apparently any prescription is only allowed to be issued within 30 days of your last appointment per the nurse. To me this sounds like they only care about making the money from office visits instead of taking care of the patient. Looks like it is time to find a new provider as LMG doesn't seem to care. Sad they would make more money too in the long run if they just refilled the simple script.
