The key word here is "human." The people at Human Solution Office Furniture responded to my email inquiries about a keyboard right away, both times. I found the keyboard for less money on another site and they matched it. They made contact with me right away and when I called they made me feel like mine was the most important call they had. And they shipped the same day. With so many companies outsourcing and using recorded everything, I will go to the Human Solution now before trying anyone else.
