This is by far the worst furniture shopping experience of my life and I don't recommend anyone buying from here. I ordered a sectional in the middle of August that was delayed over and over. While I understand there's a pandemic, that's no excuse for the absolutely awful customer service I've received throughout this process - with the exception of our salesperson. I've been told I'd be called with an update many times and only one single time has someone actually followed through and that was only last week because I complained. Last week, half my sectional was delivered. Today, I called (because again, I didn't get the update I was promised) and the woman I spoke with said I'm going to get the other half in April. Luckily I was persistent because it turns out the other half of my sectional was not reordered until about two weeks after the first half was delivered. I've still not received any support with this or the calls back I've been promised, but hopefully if I share this info others can avoid this colossal hassle.
