The guys were very friendly and courteous. The shipment was delivered on time and they were very communicative about it. I'm giving 4 starts because they mess up at hooking up the water; they put the cold water hose on the hot one and vice versa. Then the washer machine started with an error code and I had to figure out the problem. Anyway, I guess they missed that detail.
