I have to agree with several reviews on the wagyu ...

I have to agree with several reviews on the wagyu beef cap. It was fairly tender and cooked well yet it was very underwhelming in flavor for all the hype and price. I broil steaks regularly and dont miss the chance to try ones at new places. Salt and pepper is all I need , seemed to have very little of both. Get better knives too, they couldn't cut hot butter. Sadly have had more flavorful and filling steaks at so called lesser chains. The staff was excellent and great atmosphere , even the steak cart was impressive. Sadly the steak didnt live up to the hype for me.
