I have been a resident of The Brooke Apartment Homes (Atlanta,Ga) since the company merged in 2015. It started off as a pleasant experience but currently has turned into a nightmare. I have made several attempts to try to reach a solution by contacting upper management regarding an issue that was error on their end. However, I have been given incorrect phone numbers, lack of respect, and inaccurate charges. I definitely regret renewing my lease for another year. I sincerely wish there was away to speak to someone directly who is competent enough to handle YOUR SYSTEM ERROR that has effected my account. I don t think I should be held responsible for!!!
