No blankets in the room nor towels, they only replenished towels every 3 days and nothing else were done! NO SHEETS CHANGED NOR VACUUMING.
Called housekeeping, front desk, even spoke to an executive but nothing. They just take your $$ and you get to use dirty towels, sleeps in dirty sheets for the duration of your stay.

I wonder does the executives @ Disney sleep & wash in DIRTY SHEETS & TOWELS?

I love Hawaii, the people and their culture BUT NEVER WILL BE AT THIS RESORT! SERVICE SUCKS!

DON'T BECOME DVC MEMBERS......YOU'RE JUST 2ND CLASS CITIZENS AT BEST! BOOK AT MOTEL 6, AT LEAST YOU KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT AND NOT BE RAPED BY GREEDS AS DISNEY HAS GOTTEN TOO BIG FOR THE LITTLE PEOPLE!
