No way of contacting the depot to arrange a simple...

No way of contacting the depot to arrange a simple pick up. Not delivering packages when other company's are like canada post. Was told I was going to get a phone call telling me about my package. Paid extra for fast shipping which turned out to be way late... In my opinion no excuses. You're job is simple get my package and deliver it.
