Great convention room concierge service. They really take care of you. The hotel is remodeled so it looks very open and airy when you enter, but the rooms near the elevators catch all the sound from the bar and lobby. Bring earplugs if you don't specify the quiet wing. Beds are too soft. If you have a bad back- beware!
