New property manager acquired the facility in 2015 and has done a great job improving it. I'm a tenant. Facilities have been cleaned, improved, and renovated. Major construction underway to further improve the corporate park. New cafeteria, run by the owners of several high profile restaurants, is fantastic. Clock Tower Place was always an excellent office park for value and now it's even better. Can't find more for the money anywhere and not commuting into Boston is a dream for us in MetroWest. Last count there were 20 restaurants and bars in Maynard, some quite good, and close commuter rail station makes this place a great place to work.
