Nurses, aids and doctors were very nice but their service was horrible. Every phone call was like pulling teeth. They set a schedule then failed to follow it quoting they had meetings. Why would you set a schedule when you know there s gonna be meetings. After she passed we had to wait 2 hours before anyone showed up. Then it took 4 days for them to come pick up their equipment so we had to sit there and stare at the bed she passed away in every day. It s just inconsiderate. They need to work on there scheduling skills. Very unhappy with them.
