After a previous very positive experience with Tioga Tours, we had booked an 8 week camper tour through America with departure date March 2020. Due to Corona, this trip was canceled. That was disappointing. Tioga has handled the cancellation of the trip very well. First we were sent a Voucher and we were kept continuously informed. Six months after issuing the Voucher, we asked for a refund of the costs and within a few days the full amount of the package trip was on our account. Nothing but praise for this tour company, despite the difficult time they are no doubt going through.
