Sales Manager Ed is the most ethical employee of a car dealership I have ever encountered. He was honest and very straight-forward about the deal I was looking for on a new car. He told me everything I have never heard from dealers that I have dealt with in the past. Hearing the truth from a new car dealer was very different than what I am used to. Ed and his team have changed my notions about how dealers operate. I will absolutely call on Ed the lease on my 2 Accords are up this summer.

UPDATE:
Well, I got in touch with Eddie this week and I went down to Planet Honda this weekend. Kristen and Eddie turned me over to Anthony who was excellent. Everyone was great and I really got a "customer service is king" feeling during my visit. Jay the sales manager came over to say hello and offered to help with any questions that I had. John in Finance was great too. I leased two cars and he was able to get me through the finance process faster than it usually takes to do one.

All in all, it was the best car buying experience I have had in the last 20 years. A very expedited process that got the cars that I wanted at the price that I wanted and got me in and out of the dealer in record time.
The gang is great over there and I will definitely recommend friends and family when they ask where to go buy a Honda.
