I live at The Arbors, Lake Forest. I moved in last November, signed a years lease at 1599 per month.

I regret signing that lease 100%.

I have a downstairs neighbor that smokes inside his apartment. I live right above him and all that cigarette smoke and smell ends up in my home.

I work hard and long hours and to come home to a place that smells like cigarette it's just not right. So wrong in so many levels.

Or to wake up in the middle of the night to the horrid smell of choking cigarette smoke, simply not worth the price.

I have escalated the situation to the property manager "Lyon Community" and their last answer to me was that I signed a lease that allows for that.

Horrible experience :(

I should have read the reviews.

I am warning anyone I can at this point. It's not worth the the price or the pain.
