This company is embarrassing! We hired them to do our final cleaning of the carpet and we had a water stain that they assured us to remove. They did the cleaning leaving the carpet exactly like it was before. We complained and they offered to re-do the cleaning. We no longer live in this apartment so I had to arrange the real estate agent to come and open the doors for them to do the service and solve the stain situation. However, the service of today was likewise terrible. I have called approx. 10 times. The cleaner was supposed to come at 1 pm, I scheduled an agent to come all the way from Werribee to open the door. However, just 20 min before the appointment I got a text message that the cleaner was running 45 MINUTES late. This is insanely unprofessional. The agent was willing to wait, but still the cleaner did not show up after 1 hour. Besides that this service will cost me my bond, I feel embarrassed towards the real estate agent. Never use this company!!!!
