Great experience as always. Have owned 5 Hondas over the years. Wouldn t take them where else for service. I know I m getting factory parts installed by factory trained mechanics. I usually wait. I m kept informed along the way while I enjoy a delicious cup of coffee or soft drink in their beautiful Lounge. Fred Hess is my service manager. Excellent Five Star Guy! Knowledgeable and a fantastic customer service guy. Makes you feel like you re his only and favorite customer.
