I had a great experience with Lindsay Honda. First off when I entered the door Daniel Hoff was there to greet me and help me with all the questions I had. Usually when I go to a dealership the seller only knows the information that s on the brochure, not Daniel! This is a guy who loves his job to the point where he knows the basic theory of operation of specific internals of the Civic SI's engine, the process it takes to get there, and that components purpose. I felt like I was talking to a highly qualified ASE mechanic! I was speechless to the point where I didn t have any questions and knew that I could trust him. Daniel was extremely professional during the whole process and gave me multiple follow up calls to see how my family and I was doing which is lovely! If you have a child, set your mind at ease because they have a clean play area for them to stay busy. Another thing I loved about Lindsay Honda was their facilities is open so late! That explains why Honda is above the rest. Let's not forget about their service center, that place is HUGE that provides an extremely clean environment for their workers. I fix fighter jets for a living and our facilities does not compare. The ONE and only CON I have was when I went to the parts counter trying to order a part, no one was there to help me, and when someone finally showed up he couldn t find the part I needed. I had to assist him and do my own research to cross reference the part number. Granted I showed up 2 hours past closing time and a worker stepped out from working on a vehicle to assist me was excellent.
