We live local in lake Oswego and come stay on hot weekends for the pool for our son. The hotel staff is awesome! Even on busy days that they hold special events & are completely short staffed we always are amazed by the staffs positive attitude. Shea that works the pool as a waitress really goes above and beyond! Honestly her attitude threw the busy weekends is amazing! Keep this girl around and give her a huge raise! I work in financial asset management for owners in this industry and let me tell you if I could mold half the people in this area of work into this women I'd be seeing profits grow each year without a doubt. The girl has something special that you don't see everyday in employees. In my opinion, I'd put this type of employee in an upfront management position and watch her thrive!
