Nice staff. They refunded our rentals because conditions were really bad and gave us lift ticket coupons. I have a couple complaints. I realize I'm being picky but that's what theses review things are for. 1. You have to go a ways on snow to the Daisy chair lift (the beginner lift) including down a slope 150 ft and then walk up a steeper slope probably 200 ft. With a little work they could make it a straight shot from the lodge. 2. They make you go to two different buildings to get your lift ticket and rentals, and a third for the sports shop if you want to buy something. To they're clearly not trying to make theirs a higher end resort with their layout. But if you don't mind these things, it's an overall good place to ski.
