Large, modern hotel with great customer service and a great location at the base of Edinburgh Castle, just outside of Old Town. Had some infrastructure issues, though. The power went out in our wing of the hotel for over an hour with very little communication from the hotel staff about repairs (until I reached out to them), and the wireless access point for our room was out of service the entire time, leading to terrible Internet access.
