Found someone shaving my husbands face several times even after the staff was told he was on blood thinners. He had a stroke & no one realized it. He was partially paralyzed & they served him fried chicken. They put him on a commode & never came back. The only thing that wasn t horrible were the aides who were caring. There was so much more
