We booked a tour through North America and Canada with Tioga in October 2019. This was done in a pleasant and very professional manner. During the conversations it was immediately understood what our wishes were, clear information was provided and the agreements were met very punctually. We were so happy with our travel plans for 2020. Unfortunately Corona threw a spanner in the works. Well before departure we received a message from Tioga about the procedure. We received our voucher on the agreed day. Last week we received an email from Tioga that refunds could be made if we wanted. The same afternoon the money was in our account. Great service from Tioga.
