The staff of this spa in the Brecksville location ...

The staff of this spa in the Brecksville location were very rude. I am a repeat customer. Last week I had to call and cancel an appointment I had made for this week - well within the cancellation period. I got a call this morning wondering why I did not come to my appointment. I returned the call explaining that I did in fact call to cancel, but I even received a call back on my voice mail to reschedule which I indeed planned to do. They insinuated that this was not the case, told me that I should have documented the time and date of my cancellation and the name of the person I spoke to. They continued to lecture me - a repeat client - on the cancellation policy. I then called back and read them the date and time and name of the person from the spa that called me back to reschedule (Ryan), and even read them the transcript of the message confirming that they had taken me off the schedule. They continued to argue with me over this instead of apologizing. It did not make me feel like a cared for client. It was actually very upsetting.
