I am not a veteran but I feel awful for the vets that have to deal with the receptionist and their call center. Hopefully the doctors and other services provided are great because of the people they serve but I was trying to return a call simply because I answered the phone and the caller didn t say anything the phone just hung up. I m looking for employment and return the call instantly and the receptionist didn t listen to my reason for calling I was just transferred and the representative didn t listen either. I just hope that this is not what the people who are in service go through or vets when they need assistance. That was just awful!
