I cant begin to describe how incompetent this hotel staff is. My flight was cancelled from Houston I called to tell the hotel at that instant that i would be a day late. The next day I called to get an early check in and 1.5 hours later as my flight from Austin was wheels up i was told they cancelled because i failed to show. I called them twice the night of. Unfortunately I had to call 10 times and most likely more because they cant figure out the phone system. Then Lisa called to express her concern and they she wished they could make it right but i wasnt staying at the hotel so nothing she could do but if we stayed again they wanted to make it right. Well theres f the staff weren't incompetent we would be at the hotel and no one would be upset. I called her back and it took 4 calls before anyone took a note and Charles cut me off midsentence to transfer me. I think they recruit from the finest truck driving centers. My story will continue as you cant make people have to find a hotel in NY City while they are on their flight to NY city.

Lisa, your offer to do something couldn't be more hollow.
