Stay far away from scam artists Gillece. I installed 2 Daikin ductless units from Gillece about 3 years ago, after the first year the one unit started to leak onto my brand new kitchen cabinets. My units were under warranty for two years. I spent a year trying to get in contact with them to come out to look at the unit and fix it, they kept saying that they would call me back and NO ONE ever called back. When they finally came out to check the unit they told me that my warranty was almost up the technician looked at the unit said it needed to be reinstalled. And then no one ever followed up and I wasn t able to get in contact with anyone. Another summer passed and I reached out again and was told someone was supposed to come check out the unit. The technician didn t bring the proper ladder, and he claimed that the water pump was clogged which caused the leaking. Charged me $95 and then the unit started leaking again. This has been a disaster, I way over paid for the units and they haven t worked for more than a year and Gillece has purposely been ignoring me and shoving me off to the side until my warranty was up. Stay FAR away from Gillece. My unit should have been reinstalled properly from the start and should have been covered under my warranty since I notified them a year before my warranty was over.
