I used their trains for up to 5 days in a row to reach 5 different cities: Gdansk, Poznan, Wroclaw, Krakow and Warsaw.
For Gdansk and Warsaw I was able to book a train EIC / EIP (which are the best ones) are fast, clean and offer you a drink on board (included in price)

The rest of the trains were IC, some are new clean and spacious, others older.
I can not say much about the delays. In some cases it was on time, in other cases delays ranging from five minutes to 30.

As for the other 4 trains, they all spoke in Polish but the worst was that all the announcements on the train and at the station were in Polish and there was a high risk of not understanding if that was the train you had to take or not.
The train that I recommend is NOT TLK, is the oldest and put bad enough.
However, in all types of trains it was a bar.
Controllers have always passed.
They ask ticket + Passport: no wrong because the name on the ticket must match!

But what I did not like was the choice of seats during the online booking.
Do not do like many other trains in other countries, that make you see the "map." They only tell you the numbers. Too bad, here the numbers put them in a different way.
is, for example not, but 66-65 66-64 (if you want to be close). We had already booked all the trains so we always found in two distant places.
I advise everyone to book your travels through their site, exactly 30 days before, in order to have a 30% discount!
