Jose Virahonda-Fonte truly made our overall experience at this quaint Vancouver residence an absolute pleasure. He is a very friendly, professional and enjoyable land lord. The apartments are a good size and it's a great neighbourhood. The building is very well kept with regular cleaning, including window washing and a very clean laundry room! Jose responds quickly with any inquiry or concerns you may have as a tenant. 5 stars from us! Highly recommended renting the spaces here.
