I turned my car into them for service on the HVAC system in March of last year and it has been in 5 times for the same system. Including one that they had my car for over a week because they were plugging the part in backwards and blew through 4 of them, but couldn't figure out why on a 12 year old model. Also, 3 times in two months for the same problem that they couldn't figure out and had me do an unnecessary repair that cost me $500 and had the nerve to ask for $700 more. I told them what it was the first time, but they wouldn't listen. It got so bad and expensive that I ended up trading in a working car at a better dealership. I sent the service manager an extensive email that is not within Google character limits that described my whole experience. That was two weeks ago and I never received any sort of response. My impression is that they don't care about your car or you only your money. Never again...
