Went here with a wheel out of true. I wanted to fix or replace it. The first thing I told the staff was that I knew nothing about bikes. The person I first spoke with did not want to repair the wheel. The next guy pointed me to a bunch of wheels hanging from the ceiling. I did not know which one would be best. So I left and went someplace where I could get real service. Yes....I will certainly pay more but at least I can blame someone else if I buy the wrong thing. Go here only if you know exactly what you need.
