First day, went for lunch at the restaurant near pool. Took 45 minutes to get our lunches, there was only 1 other table with customers... the fries were cold, the grilled chicken was obviously not recently cooked because it was barely warm. No decaf coffee. We were 5 people.. all same issues with food. Waiter was very nice.
Room, its average. No robes, had to call for them.
Room wasn't cleaned until I was getting ready to go out at night and couldn't let her in since I was using bathroom and getting dressed.
I have to say that although I did not really like the hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful.
