So my one star is for customer service. Bought tickets via Travelzoo. Arrived and Travelzoo had made a mistake and sent me the same code twice. The lady on the desk was curt and said to take it up with Travelzoo as it wasn t the Globe s problem. It was a Sunday and Travelzoo s office wasn t open. If the Globe chooses to sell through that agent it should have honoured my ticket and taken it up with them themselves. For me it was wasted 3 hour round trip. In hindsight I should have just bought another ticket and tried to get a refund afterwards, but the lady was quite rude and unhelpful so we just wanted to leave. I m sure the attraction is great, but we didn t get to find out.
