I don t understand this company!

I don t understand this company!
I bought a smart wash in May from Hoover advertising on Facebook.
The machine is great, but soon after I set up payments to pay over 4 months my credit card got hacked and someone was attempting to buy using my card around the country. I caught it and actually stopped some of the shipments in which the venders thanked me so much. Because they lose big time.
Not remembering right away until I used the machine again that I have payments set up and noticed they wasn t billing me or contacting me from TTI I attempted to contact them in August and finally they call me like a week or more later on August 29. I really don t get them even more when they called me from a cell phone and then after fumbling to find me in there system asked me how much I want to pay. Really? Call me from a cell phone and I have no real way determining who really called me thinking I already got my credit card hacked soon after I ordered from them???
So, April Lambers emailed me later showing that the email is indeed TTI and I responded asking if they can call me back. Nothing.
I have since emailed twice and called several times trying to connect with them because I am a person that pays my bills and just want to clear this all up. Now two days later 9/24 after I again called 9/22 and nothing.
How do you people run a business not collecting on sales, no single call, email, letters, nothing at all.
Whoever is running this show needs fired. Nothing?? I just don t understand why!!
I guess this is my final attempt to leave a review in a negative way to get your attention.
I am done trying to pay you!!
How many accounts are delinquent besides mine now and you don t even contact the customer asking questions.
We give you phone numbers, email, and physical shipping address and not a single contact?????
