My shipment arrives with poorly packed glass jars....

My shipment arrives with poorly packed glass jars... the glass rims were smashed. Plastic lids had cracks. Unusable. Happened during the Christmas rush so made getting clients orders filled difficult. Contacting them about the situation. No word. Won't be ordering againm
