Looks like you are all talking about Concentrix Onstar. You should state this in your post people. If you are going to complain, be honest about which division you actually work for. Concentrix is a great place to work but it depends on why you are there. I love working at my division up the street. Its fun and they do care about their people. Sure. You have stats to maintain. Thats how ALL companies make money. Lots of room to grow in this company but you have to do some time first just like any other company. Anyways, maybe it isn't a job for some people and thats ok. Thanks for reading some honesty. J
