The sales department was great, very transparent and honest. My wife and I purchased two vehicles, a highlander hybrid and a 4Runner. The problems we faced were post purchase. In my case it was minor unfortunately the front license plate holder was not installed, in a state that requires front and back plates, and I have not had a chance to get them installed (hopefully) by the dealership. However In my wife s case, it is the 7th of December, and her temporary tags for the highlander that she purchased mid October expired on the 10th of November. We have tried contacting the dealership to see if we can get put in touch with their license plate service (my wife is a Texas State resident), but unfortunately we have just been told to wait. At this point despite working different schedules we can only use our 4Runner which while a great vehicle is not as good on gas mileage as the highlander. Long story short friendly sales department, but once out the door-good luck.
