STAY AWAY!! Save yourself and DO NOT rent from these guys! By far the worst rental agency I've had ever experienced. Apartments are old, dilapidated with ancient heating and cooling system. Expect to pay $250-$300/month for gas bill (heat) and $200/month on A/C bill and yet your apartment will be freezing during winters and hot during summers. Mike, the manager, is obnoxious to deal with when it comes to any normal tenant requests. A few times the flush in the apartment broke down and to Mike/agency this didn't constitute an emergency request and expected me to stay somewhere else while they took their time to work on the requests. Finally, forget about getting your security deposit back. I just received my security deposit and they deducted 50% for something that'd be considered normal wear and tear if you'd have rented an apartment with a different agency.
