We were interested in improving the ride in our 2018 Transit van which we use for road trips (about 20K per year) and found JR s as the only Authorized Installer for VB Air Suspensions. We contacted JR and he invited us to ride with him in a van he had just completed and we were sold on the solution. They verified the inventory was available and it took 1 week to get it in and another week to install it. The team did a great job of sending email updates and following up with a call. Knowing we had trip planned they even stayed late to complete the job on a holiday. The customer service was excellent and we plan on using them again in the future.
