I've had quite a few taxis in the last few weeks from you guys, the app is good, the phone service and availability excellent BUT I'm going to have to highlight the bad attitude drivers have:
When I booked a taxi for 8 people ...I was told a mini bus or 2 taxis would arrive. When a four seater arrived...Mick eventually agreed to do two runs and then complained to our friends that we hadn't tipped. Even though he had left them waiting on the road.
Tonight a taxi arrived at cresent road cafe, we had booked. I asked if he was ours. "Is this for me?"
No!! (Aggressive) (I was expecting some kind of advise) maybe to let me know our was on the way? I wasn't worried but went back inside uniformed and upset.
Listen I'm no fool and I know you often pick up all sorts of folk but if you are still experiencing problems with multiple app bookings and new staff, at least train your drivers to be humble and polite. ..at least talkative. Because in the last few weeks they have been nothing but obnoxious, arrogant and tip hungry.
