Terrible customer service with an attitude. Their showroom is stunning, you ll notice the good reviews come from tour guides - not customers. But when it comes to returning phone calls or emails, following up on orders, being nice to a customer...forget it. Even at the top. After 43 email exchanges and a frustrating experience with my sales rep Paige, I asked to speak to the showroom manager. Big mistake. I think his name was Chris, but I wouldn t really I know, because he showed me off the phone so fast without even an I m sorry. Spend your money elsewhere. This store doesn t deserve your business.
