I have given 2 stars simply because Micheal, Dona and (I think her name was) Becky were all pleasant to deal with. However, Jo, the maintenance manage was bloody horrendous to deal with. She was so patronising and rude that she reduced my flat mate to tears when she rung up about a broken washing machine. Jo would constantly tell us to fix something ourselves before she would send anyone out and when what we did didn t work she would accuse us of breaking the landlord s property so we had to pay for it to be sorted. Not to mention we were accused of breaking stuff. The oven knob was slightly broken on arrival but worked so we didn t report it. Overtime it got worse until it just broke off. When we reported it she said we d obviously had a party and someone had come round and leaned on it and broken it off??!? She just made a story up in her head as to why it was broken! We were third year girls who looked after the property and we had NEVER HAD A PARTY in the whole time we were there. Overall, we paid for a lot of maintenance stuff that wasn t our fault. Luckily our landlord was nice and could do some things himself with little charge but if it was left down to Tetris we would have been massively out of pocket.
