These folks are wonderful! I didn't want to try to rip off my insurance company, I just wanted enough to fully cover my losses. Five Star sent out an inspector who was extremely thorough. He found damage that my insurance company's first adjuster did not. The adjuster from Five Star ~ Jeremy Dragon ~ was very knowledgeable, professional and reassuring. He did not make any wild promises, but told me what I could and should reasonably expect in terms of a settlement. He took care of all the paperwork! When the ins.co. sent another adjuster, Jeremy met them here and pointed out things that had been overlooked. They followed up and kept me informed the whole time my claim was being processed. I am extremely pleased with the additional payment I received! I can wholeheartedly recommend these folks. If I need to file another claim in the future, I think I'll just let them handle the whole thing. No hassle! Great results! Good people!
