ok so I work front desk at a hotel maybe like 3 minutes from hobby, we literally are no longer allowed to call cabs/taxi's for our guest.Why? Since I've worked here in May 2012 NEVER ONCE DID A CAB COME ON TIME, and its funny because I would usally call a whole day in advanced and they still managed to be 45min-1hr late, I don't know if they are all just lazy or something. But this a very sad pathetic pattern, I always had to deal with upset angry guest because the cab I called for them was late, so cause if this sad excuse of a cab company, I'm the bad guy to them. Now whenever a guest needs a cab we hand them a sheet of paper with a list of cab numbers so they can call themselves, and I made damn sure yellow cab wasn't on there. WTF YELLOW CAB
