We had just finished an entire house renovation which included ripping the entire front and back gardens out too. I was a little lost about my options as amongst other things, I know nothing about landscaping. The project included everything - from replacing an old rotten fence with utmost care for my neighbor's pristine hedges to removing a concrete pathway and planting everything new. We even had to make stones look 'aged' as the conservation area rules where I live stipulated I couldn't just knock down an old stone wall.
Spencer was brilliant. Not only did I receive the quote on time broken down to the very last detail but he also came to meet with my neighbors to reassure them and explain how the work was going to affect them.
When the team commenced the work, I was blown away. Phillip and his team were remarkable. Always on time, not a minute wasted during the day but also (and that really I didn't expect) quite creative! If something looked odd or worried them during the process, they would knock on the door, show me and make suggestions.
I thoroughly enjoyed the process. 9 days of what I expected to be hell, turned out to be a bliss. Oh, did I mention they also finished on time?
