The guy litterly kept us waiting for 1 hour without providing any information.
After the first 30 minutes we complained and and another sales representative said that he will facilitate it for us but then they took our name and number and went back and another 30 minutes wasted.

You need to train your sales people and have a better procedure for accepting customers.
