It's a beautiful place but staff is very rude and unpolite. I think they are stressed because the place is always crowded. You have to wait for more than an hour to get a tour and gift shop is nice but salespersons there are very rude with children. I think they need to pay attention the way they treat people, specially children, because they are very unrespectful. Very dissapointed!!!
