Amazed by the top class quality of service in every department. This is my first gem purchase through online. I was quiet doubtful thought wanted to take a try.
All my doubts were gone by talking with Mr Shailendra. He has impeccable quality in selecting the gems that suits my budget and quality. He was thoroughly patient to answer all my queries. And not to miss the point - his vast knowledge on gems not only any specific kind of gem but overall. Highly thankful for his support and great advice.
It would be mistake for me not to mention the name of Mr Rudra - without him the overall purchase would not be possible.
